The Challenge
As the Philadelphia Portal—an interactive livestream art installation connecting citizens across the globe—relocated from Love Park to the City Hall Courtyard, a new challenge emerged: the site lacked reliable, accessible power infrastructure.
The Portal's real-time video and audio stream required uninterrupted electricity to maintain its global connection. Given the project’s prominence and the strict requirements for low-noise operation in a densely populated urban space, a robust and highly reliable power solution was essential. Any failure risked severing the livestream and disrupting the project’s international engagement.
The Solution
